Medway Chamber of CommerceWe are a small and friendly team, consisting of an archivist, two local studies librarians and several archive and local studies assistants. We are passionate about Medway local history and are proud of the diverse service and support that we can offer you. Our aim is to collect, collate, conserve and promote our unique collections, and to ensure that our rich heritage is preserved, appreciated and accessible.
Our collections cover the Medway Unitary Authority boundaries - Rochester, Chatham, Strood, Gillingham and Rainham and the surrounding villages including the Isle of Grain. We are also the repository for parish records within the Archdeaconry of Rochester.
